Notes on Transit Hotel Services

I. Service details:

Passengers who have purchased tickets from ShenzhenAirlines for flights with transit at Shenzhen are entitled to enjoy one-night free transit hotel services provided by the airline. The services include a one-night stay at a transit hotel, breakfast, and pick-up/drop-off services between the hotel and the airport.

II. Applicable city:

Shenzhen

III. Applicable period:

Between Apr. 27, 2023 and Dec. 31, 2023.

IV. Requirements:

1. Both the previous and subsequent flights taken by the passenger should be operated by Shenzhen Airlines, code-share not applicable.

2. Passenger tickets should start with 479 or 999, and tickets for the previous and subsequent flights should be under the same record codes.

3. For passengers with domestic to international transit, international to domestic transit or international to international transit, the actual transit time between flights should be between 6 and 36 hours.

4. For passengers with domestic to domestic transit, the actual transit time between flights should be between 6 and 24 hours.

5. Infants and children are not eligible to use transit hotel services alone. However, they can check into a transit hotel with adult passengers.

6. Transit hotel services can only be used by the passenger himself.

7. International travelers should have a valid permit to enter and stay in the relevant country.

V. Hotel type:

Passengers with a transit at Shenzhen will need to share standard guest rooms with other passengers.

VII. Booking requirements

If passengers are applying for a transit hotel via the ticket purchasing channel, 95361 customer service channel or self-service channel, the application date must be at least one day prior to the check-in date, with a successful booking comfirmation as the prerequisite. For instance, passengers are planning to arrive in the transit city on 2nd May, then the booking application must be done prior to 1st May (1st May included).
