Special meal reservation is one of the value added services of Shenzhen Airlines. You need to reserve the meal 24 hours before the departure time. Special meal reservation is only provided to flights which are at meal time, actually operated by Shenzhen Airlines and flight duration has to be longer than 1.5 hours. Please confirm your application result through “order management”on app or dial 95361. If your flight ticket has been rescheduled after issuing, please dial 95361 to confirm if special meal will be provided on your rescheduled flight. (You can only choose one between special meal and taboo food at one time.)
