Special meals reservation agreement

1. Product description

This is a free value-added service offered by Shenzhen Airlines to passengers with special meals requirements for medical and religious reasons. Shenzhen Airlines only offers special meal reservation service for passengers taking flights that are operated by the airline and last over two hours during the breakfast, lunch and dinner hours.

2. Applicable scope

This service is available to domestic, regional and international flights that are operated by Shenzhen Airlines and have a Shenzhen Airlines flight number.

3. Request deadline

Passengers intending to book, change or cancel special meal requests must do so at least 24 hours before their scheduled flight departure.

4. Notes

1、 Passengers who have already checked in for their flights are not allowed to make a meal reservation. Please cancel your check-in first if you want to book a meal;

2、 You cannot book a special meal and a business class meal at the same time. If you have ordered more than one meal, it will be served per the latest meal order;

3、Stopover flights are not allowed to book sepcial meals;

4、 The meal request for your original flight will be automatically canceled if your ticket has been changed. You may re-book your meal if meal reservation service is available on your new flight and your ticket qualifies for the service;

5、 Your reserved meals may not be available in case of flight delays, flight cancellations and other special circumstances.

6、 If you apply for a reservation, modify or cancel a special meal in other channels, we may not be able to update your meal information timely.
