Airmiles + cash tickets of Shenzhen Airlines (hereinafter referred to as "these tickets") refer to tickets purchased by PhoenixMiles members through a mixed payment of cash and airmiles.
1. The flight, class, seat no. and airmile payment rate applicable to the ticket will vary according to passengers' reservation time, departure time and number of passengers. Specific details are subject to the real-time inquiry results displayed on this platform at the time of purchase, and the sale price is subject to the final price displayed.
2. Airmiles may be used to offset the ticket price, but are not applicable to class upgrade fees, rescheduling fees, insurance, fuel fees, airport construction fees and other payments, and are not redeemable for cash. The ticket price includes two parts, one is cash payment (bank card, third-party payment and other non-mileage payment are regarded as cash payment), and the other is airmiles payment. The price of the air ticket shows the amount of cash actually collected, while the itinerary only shows the amount of cash paid. A reimbursement voucher is not provided for airmiles payment.
3. Applicable groups: This ticket is only applicable to adult passengers, children and infants.
4. Applicable conditions: Passengers must be eligible for the first air mileage redemption and have completed 4 flights (with non-zero accrual rate) in the past 5 years.
5. Applicable channels: Tickets purchased via Shenzhen Airlines App, WeChat Mini Program and official website (www.shenzhenair.com) must be changed or refunded via said channels.
6. Applicable flights: One-way tickets for domestic Shenzhen Airlines flights (excluding flights to/from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan; codeshare flights are not applicable), subject to inquiry at the time of sale.
These tickets shall be deemed as cash-paid tickets when being changed, and the change rules corresponding to the ticket sub-class shall apply. The calculation rules for change handling fees are consistent with those for cash-paid tickets.
1. Voluntary Changes
(1) Collect the balance between the original ticket fare (the sum of cash payment and airmile payment) and the changed ticket fare;
(2) Charge the change handling fees based on the original ticket fare;
(3) New ticket rules are executed after the ticket is changed.
2. Involuntary Changes for Irregular Flights
⮚ Involuntary changes for irregular flight tickets shall be handled in accordance with involuntary handling standards of Shenzhen Airlines.
These tickets shall be deemed as cash-paid tickets when being refunded, and the refund rules corresponding to the ticket sub-class shall apply. The calculation rules for refund charge are consistent with those for cash-sale tickets.
1. Voluntary Refunds
(1) The original ticket price (the sum of cash payment and airmile payment) shall serve as the basis for the calculation of the refund charge. Said refund charge will be deducted from the cash payment of the original ticket fare, and the remaining cash payment (cash payment of the ticket fare – refund charge ≥ 0) and airmiles shall be refunded. Airmiles shall be refunded in accordance with their original validity period, and expired airmiles will not be refunded.
(2) If, during the refund process, the paid cash portion is insufficient to cover the refund charge for the ticket (cash payment portion of the ticket fare – refund fees < 0), only the tax supplement will be refunded. The used airmiles will not be refunded.
(3) The cash portion will be refunded to the original bank account used to purchase the ticket and the airmiles will be returned to the original PhoenixMiles account. It is not possible to refund to another account.
2. Involuntary Ticket Refund for Irregular Flights
Involuntary refunds for irregular flight tickets shall be handled in accordance with involuntary handling standards of Shenzhen Airlines. If airmile refund is involved, the validity period of the refunded airmiles shall be 36 months.
1. This ticket will accrue airmiles and segments according to the ticket sub-class code.
2. The combined use rules of these tickets with coupons and refund vouchers provided by this platform are subject to the content displayed on the interface.
3. Airmiles in PhoenixMiles accounts shall not be overdrawn. This service is not applicable to members who are ineligible for the first air mileage redemption, have not completed 4 flights (with non-zero accrual rate) in the past 5 years, or hold frozen, closed or abnormal accounts.
