2) Beyond the above free service range of car charging business:
Charge, which beyond the above drop-off and pick-up service range, is calculated based on actual miles. The specific amount of money is subject to the reservation system. Passengers incur this cost.
6、Reservation deadline:
1)The drop-off and pick-up service of flight that takes off before 12:00 am should be reserved by 18:00 the day before departure.
2)The drop-off and pick-up service of flight that takes off after 12:00 am should be reserved less than 5 hours before departure time.
三、Way of Booking
Entering related information to get through verification and booking on Shenzhen Airlines official Wechat account or “Pick-up Service” module of “Easy-Go” on APP. Customer service number: 95361-8.
四、Endorsement and Refund Regulations
1、Voluntary refunds, rebooking, and transfer regulations.
(1)Passengers are no longer entitled to product services after they voluntarily refund or transferred to other airlines. Passengers are required to cancel the service order in time. After the cancellation, the charge will return to the payment account automatically.
(2)Passengers can still enjoy product services after voluntary rebooking if it conforms to products regulations.
2、Involuntary refund, rebooking and transfer regulations
(1)Passengers can still enjoy product services after involuntary rebooking and transfer.
(2)Passengers cannot enjoy product services after involuntary refund. Passengers shall cancel the order in time.
(3)Passengers can still enjoy product services after downgrading, if the cabin class still meets the product standard.
五、Reminders
1、Customer service staff of the shuttle service company will contact passengers to confirm the pick- up time, address and other matters through phone calls or messages at 18:00 - 22:00 one day before the departure date.
2、Special car can at most take three passengers. Passenger who meets the conditions can at most carry two other passengers (including children, infants) to go together (get on and off the car at same location), accompanying persons do not need to order separately.
3、It is not applicable to children, military disabled people, stretchers, wheel chairs, unaccompanied elders and other special passengers.
