Terms of use for Online Check-in In order to provide higher quality and convenient service for the passengers, Shenzhen Airlines offer a new service that passengers can check in on their phones. Before checking in, please read terms of service carefully. Only you accept unconditionally all the terms of service below, you can continue to the next step.
1.When passenger buy digital ticket and check in on the mobile phone, his Name and ID number shouldbe consistent with the information he provide.
2.Mobile check-in is available for travelers who buy tickets on www.shenzhenair.com, 95361, Mobile App, Wap website, sales network directly under Shenzhen Airlines, or other agencies.
Mobile check-in is not available for special travelers like infants, children,pregnant women, WCHC, disabled armymen.
3.Mobile check-in is not available for adult passengers with infants.
4.Mobile check-in is not available for tickets for transfer, group, remote check-in, and unconfirmed flights.
5.Travelers can only select seat on Mobile check-in. Please go to the official website or check-in counter of Shenzhen Airlines at the originating airport to print the boarding pass.

7.Online check-in is not available for travelers who need special service or who can only be carried with other credentials such as important travelers, children, infant, travelers with baby, pregnant women, disabled military person, teacher travelers and student travelers with discounted tickets, the unaccompanied elderly, etc. Please check in at the counter of Shenzhen Airlines directly.
8.Mobile check-in is not available for luggage check-in. Travelers who need to check in before flight interception.
9.Dimensions of carry-on baggage: passenger can take up to 1 piece of carry-on baggage and the baggage shall not exceed 5kg in weight. The linear dimensions of each piece of carry-on baggage shall not exceed 55cm x 40cm x 20cm.
10.Items that include alcoholic beverages, knives, and tools must be checked.
11.Boarding gate might be changed. Please check the flight schedule indicator or ask the staff of Shenzhen Airlines at the airport.
12.In case of special circumstances such as flight cancellation or flight consolidation, the seat number might be changed. Please listen to the arrangement of staffs.
13.The number of online check-in cancellations shall not exceed 3 times. If more than 3 times, please go to the check-in counter of Shenzhen Airlines to manually cancel the check-in. The credential types should be consistent.
14.If you need change ticket or refund, please cancel check-in first. Please go to counter at airport to cancel check-inup to 90 minutes prior to the departure time. You can log in the system to cancel it by yourself in 90 minutes before departure.If you are failed to board, the system will cancel your seat in one hours after departure. If you have any queries, please dial 95361-3.
15.If passengers who have checked in on the mobile phone are failed to board, he can ask endorsement or refund according to Shenzhen Airlines《customer service Guide》.
16.If your ticket is code share flight and the actual carrier is not Shenzhen Airlines, you cannot check in on Shenzhen Airlines App. Please contact the actual carrier.

1. Passengers should strictly abide by the regulations of governmental competent authorities on the valid documents required for taking civil aviation flights and ensure the legality and validity of the documents. Passengers will be held responsible for any consequences arising from unmatched names or invalid documents.
2. Persons who cheat to check in as other passengers will be handed over to the police.
3.
